			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I bought an EMS cart about a month ago, but I&#039;ve noticed that it takes a bit longer than my other EMS cart (which I purchased in 2014) to make the &quot;ping&quot; noise and show the Nintendo logo. it also sometimes has weird visual glitches before pinging and going into the nintendo logo. is this a sign of a dying cart?</p>]]></content>
