My SP has short lifetime when it's led shows Red, not Green. Also EMS carts consumes more power than others, I realised it also on my DMG.

I am using a 64M EMS cartridge, and I connected two cables. The battery has just been replaced, and this problem does not occur when running a typical GBA or GB cartridge. Is anyone experiencing the same problem as me?
