Right now, the project is mostly on hiatus, but more importantly, I don't think I actually need a cartridge to try what I want, at the moment, which I thought I would. At some point down the road I will hopefully have a program that needs testing though, and then I know whom I can turn to.

I was thinking this might be the perfect thing to try out one of those "bounty threads" that's been mentioned.  i.e. "Donations to get nitro a 1.5 cart to aid in backup development".
