			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Got it today, but it&#039;s non-functioning.&nbsp; I tried it on two C64s, both of which worked with other chips but got absolutely no sound with the chip you sent.</p><p>Not sure what it could be but if it helps anyone diagnose it I&#039;m not even getting the normal background noise that the functioning or partially functioning chips make.&nbsp; It&#039;s the same lack of noise you get when you try to boot with no SID chip at all.</p><p>Seeing if anyone here might know what&#039;s wrong:</p><p><a href="http://chipmusic.org/forums/post/48974/#p48974" target="_blank">http://chipmusic.org/forums/post/48974/#p48974</a></p>]]></content>
