			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Whenever I export something from Audacity as an Mp3, there&#039;s always some weird &quot;watery&quot; noises in the lower Tonal areas...Any idea how I can change that? Or do any of you know what I&#039;m talking about? I&#039;ll try and post an audio example soon.</p>]]></content>
