It reminds me of things I've heard on a IIGS. It sounds best with short, rapid notes, or you could drop a K command in a table to keep it short. You can see how I used it at about the 1:00  mark on this song.
The instrument parameters are as such:

PF0 - with the preset saw 10/FF- 10/FF.
Sounds way too silent so it makes all my other instruments go down to ENV 4-3.
But god damn, love that sound
