I liked it quite a bit. It had a good chord progression, interesting arpeggios, and enough variety to be fun.
One suggestion I have is to have a good variety of sounds that you're working with, and make it longer. That usually comes with time, however.
Overall, a very nice peice, especailly being your first one. Molto bene.

This is the first song i have written with my Game Boy and would love to know people think of it.
