- send VGM file to vgmmmcompo@gmail.com you agree with sending your module to that email
that your module will be published as MP3/VGM album and posted on soundcloud and chipmusic.org and uploaded to mirrors (hulkshare, zippyshare)
- your module will be licence under http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_music
- with sending module you agree that your name and music module (file) will be published on album cover
