In the newest patch it will update 4.0.5 with little FM aswell as black and white option. The option is where you can change gray to inverse under the lsdj settings menu. Instead of inverse reversing the screen it changes the grayscale to black and white. also I have both normal and inverted patches (also works for the little fm menu) email me if interested 12ianma@gmail.com

I can send a patch for black and white (norm or inverted) 3.9.9 or Little FM version 4.0.5 (inv or norm) the version with little fm also has that menu in black and white.

It is really nice. I replaced the 2 darkest grays with the darkest. And the two lightest shades with white.

I would recommend using my MN_LSDJ+ patch(with standard LSDJ fonts) to "clean-up" the graphics within LSDJ.
