After looking around some more this project doesn't seem to be as active as I expected.
I just heard about it recently when an Italian developer contacted me about including an Optimus Chad track in his game.

Do you know which Halifax they are talking about in that vuild a winnitron thread? I presume HX Nova Scotia but Im also aware that there is one in the US and the one that im from in West Yorkshire, UK.

This is a really cool project that I've just become aware of.  A free-to-play and net connected arcade cabinet with indie games.  Pretty slick idea that I may try and setup for my local university game room.
