You can see how some of the lines to down on to the green flat flex board, and those are the signal lines. If you've only damaged the ones on the side, which is a test pattern, you should be fine. In this image, I've obviously damaged more than those.
]]>when I tried to build in the LEDx3 I cut the horzontal ribbon cable by mistake. now i wonder if I have to take a new gameboy or not.
the red color refers to the cut i made.
it seems like the uper lines leed to nowhere, so i don't know if cuts really matter.
also i wonder if the LEDx3 has a glued surface after removing the protection film. if not, i could install the display while keeping the ability to reinstall it on another gameboy.
