			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>DSI definitely the best to buy new.&nbsp; Mono/Poly for archetype analogue monster.</p><p>I have a Poly800 that&#039;s pretty nice, but it&#039;s very plastic sounding.&nbsp; The great thing about them is they are cheap (usually &lt; $100) and very easily modified.&nbsp; With then $100 Hawk800 mod, you can take a $200 (total) quasi-analogue kitten and turn it into a synth comparable to a $1000 analogue beast (and then some).</p><p>PS: The Poly 800 is analogue, but it&#039;s a digitally controlled hybrid.&nbsp; Strange machine.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>i am not a fan of the Poly800... if my memory serves me correct it&#039;s not even analog. </p><br /><p>as for the mono/poly. Love it . own one myself. :-D it&#039;s my flag ship for analog synths. </p><p>But i&#039;m talking for buying brand new... hands down.. DSI is the best route.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Mopho keyboard is on the way as well, and it&#039;s compatible with the Tetra so you could chain them together and have a 5 voice poliphony... I&#039;m thinking about buying a Tetra as well once I have the money... I think the advantage of it towards the Prohpet 08 is that it&#039;s got suboscillators, which fatten the sound up a bit. If you still want to go for the prophet, make sure it&#039;s the latest model, the old ones had pretty bad knobs afaik</p>]]></content>
