			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If it&#039;s written on a chip that&#039;s running at 8 bits (or fewer), you can call it chip music in the same way that if a piece is written for piano, you call it piano music.</p><p>I say 8 bits or fewer because by the time you get past that you enter the world of vintage music tech like old drum machines and stuff... Kit that&#039;s actually been designed for the production of studio-quality music.</p>]]></content>

Chiptunes is a sub genre of electronic music, that makes sense.</p><p>I&#039;m not trying to figure what direction to take my music, its more of figuring out the right marketing techniques. It wouldn&#039;t really settle in the chip tunes world however, but people who are into daft punk, deadmau5 etc... wouldn&#039;t &quot;accept it&quot; into there hearts right away. (not that I care or not). </p><p>Maybe i&#039;ll start a label for this strange mixture of the chiptunezy and dance world. Who wants to jump on board? haha.</p>]]></content>
