i must format sd card (FAT32), then create folder called ATARI, then i load .atr files into that.. the sio2sd device can read this, yes?

so i have an sio2sd on its way, and i wanted to prepare my sd card so it is ready to go once i get the device installed.
so do i just load the .atr files that i want to use on my atari right onto the sd card? is there like a root directory that i have to put on the sd card which i then dump .atr files (tmc tracker for example) into?
