It's me, Brndn (I drew the ship).  I'm looking back through all this now, it's kinda strange.  The original poster "alex" contacted me through e-mail, which is how I found this.  I just wanted to let everyone know I exist (and I had to clarify that this is not from any NES game!)  I'm at work right now so I can't access the original file for complete proof but I don't know what reason anyone has to doubt me either, ha ha smile

Umm I guess if there are more questions I can answer, let me know?  Hope this solves some things.  I probably should at least upload the original PNG for posterity's sake.

Okay, that's all.  I'm glad you guys tracked me down, even if it seems a little creepy!  Ha ha!
