I already got one mail with permission of an artist wich is really nice.

A lot of chipmusic is released under Creative Commons which may be compatible with what you want to do already! I will start a show on a non-profit web-radio wich sets in the german secondlife community. That I can stream the show I will need to make a Demo, and after that I will be ready to stream every week. My show will be about Gaming and technology bust mostly Information.

Because we are a non-profit radio I would appreciate if some musicians would not be asking thousands for a License to stream their songs.
