			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hiya guys, i generally hop onto forums, a few times a day, i open up recent posts and open the intresting ones in tabs, and post accordingly, 60 seconds between posts is far too high[edit: in my opinion], 30 is a bit much. iv read a few threads, then gone to post and had to sit there twiddling my thumbs, its good for flood prevention, as we have seen, but also hinders users... maybee lowering the time alittle?</p>]]></content>
