In reality, it's super-ghetto sounding recordings of FamiTracker + Power Chords. I could go into how the music embodies the do-it-yourself aesthetic of punk or whatever, but really it's my lacks of knowings of mixing and stuff. Seriously though, I've had a positive response from all of the 8 people that have heard of me. =P

I think there needs to be more bands like Kanagawa! that etherial shoegaze + chiptune style has tons of potential!!

Kind of reminds me of solar powered sun destroyer with no lyrics and NES leads, I think part of what makes them great is even if you took out all the chiptune elements those are still super great songs. Seriously, the best $5 i spent on music in a while. So glad everyone has been sharing, I'm finding tons of stuff!
