maybe spray some paint into the cap of the spraypaint can, use a q-tip to pick up some of the color and get into the corners, then spray the whole thing to get uniform texture? dunno

cover it with some sort of plaster or putty maybe?

shove a bit of cotton into the hole first so you don't get it in the screw head if you need to take it apart later

Do you know any useful technique to get these quite deep screw holes on the GB back plates well covered with spray paint? Especially on DMG where they're the deepest. Thanks!
