Nanoloop & LSDJ in sync on Super Gameboy - Timing, Tuning?

fffrobsm says:
Hello everybody!

Recently I bought two Beovision MX 7000 CRTs which sound ridiculously good for being TVs.
Because they have such a good bass I wanted to use them with two Super Gameboys.
One using Nanoloop 1.7 (which I want to buy if my question has been cleared)
and the other using LSDJ (which I already bought).

There was an issue I read about the tuning and timing on LSDJ using Super Gameboys, but that problem was fixed in an update, I know.
But I don´t know about how Nanoloop behaves. How does it work on a Super Gameboy synced to LSDJ on the other Super Gameboy?
At the moment all I have is one SNES (pal), one Super Gameboy (pal) and LSDJ on the GB Smart Card.
Also the pal picture is vertically compressed.
This can be fixed with a modification with a switch from 50 to 60 hz, what I really need to do.
Does that also affect the timing and tuning of LSDJ and Nanoloop?
I would need to solder the Link ports onto the Super Gameboys.

What would you say:
1. Does LSDJ & Nanoloop work in sync and in tune both on Super Gameboys?
2. Would it be better concerning the 50/60hz modification and because of syncing issues
to just buy two japanese Super Famicoms and get two "Super Gameboy 2"
(where I also don´t need to solder the Link ports)
3. Are there (on two Super Gameboy 2 on japanese Super Famicom) differences I have to keep
    in mind?

Maybe someone has a similar configuration and has a piece of advice for me.
