I thought they would use the same FPGA code for the ay-3-8910, but it's not similar: on MiST it's using a stereo separation (ABC) like on Amstrad, but what makes me wonder is for example for "Trip to Japan", one version is 4 seconds longer than the other!

Really, I would think it comes from the British Spectrum from 80s. Extremely well-done implementation.

It's 1:1 recording (I even left the shit-noise at the start & the end to let You know what You will have to noise-gate, just in case).
Very dynamic, hard sound. Cool.

You can switch it on the SampleTracker. I use AY but people use BEEPER (1-bit) or Covox (8-bit, Amiga quality, but still 3 channels on the SampleTracker, sadly I don't know whether ZX-UNO has Covox implemented. Will check it out too).

Nanode:

Mainly it produces its own sounds (synthetic music). The soundchip is the same what was in Amstrad/Schneider, Atari ST, MSX.

Yes, please, and some beeper music as well. I could record the same from the MiST FPGA and we could compare

...and I thought Speccy2010 was a small clone.  
But this one is simply TINY.
