			<description><![CDATA[<b><i>Sound Caster Pro 2.0 says:</i></b><p>I&#039;m new here and I&#039;ve just started using Adlib Tracker II and while I&#039;m starting to get the hang of things I&#039;m still having issues getting vibrato to work the way I want it to. I can get it to work using macros but I only want to trigger it at certain points. Would I just go about making the macro and putting the delay way up? The vibrato effect 4xy doesn&#039;t seem to work right.</p>]]></description>
