Thank you so much!</p><p>The only drawback to using the cart tool is that my Android version is too recent to transfer a ROM to or from the cart. Any solution to that short of downgrading the Android OS?</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Trying to revive the USB port for an old EMS USB cart]]></title>

However, whenever I plug them in, they are not recognized at all even when having gone through all of the driver signature hoops on Windows. I have also tried ems-qart and at least one other method on Linux (Pop_OS) to make sure I wasn&#039;t missing anything. I&#039;ve tried different cables and have even jiggled the plugged in cables around a bit to make sure it wasn&#039;t a loose connection. The carts are probably about 10 years old at this point, and I don&#039;t know how well they&#039;re supposed to hold up. I&#039;m considering running a soldering iron over the pins to see if there&#039;s a loose connection between the port and the cart board proper, but I&#039;m unsure if that would work. Would someone give me advice on any possible fixes?</p>]]></description>
