rallyj says:
What is the line between noise and music? Sometimes when I listen to my tracks, I wonder if its too cluttered or too busy? I worry that its not melodic or the lack of a hook is breaking the song. I rewrite tracks over and over again just to not be satisfied because of my cautious way of thinking when I make music. Before writing each track on this EP, I tried breaking my habit of being overly cautious of clutter and noise and just wrote what I enjoyed. I finally made something I was actually proud of.

http://rallyj.bandcamp.com/album/caution
