I've wanted to try Krylon X Metals, but I wasn't thinking about using it on Game Boy. However, Thretris was who I got the idea from.

I had the idea that the paint would look cool on vinyl turntable surfaces, and all the decals would show through.

the paint that Thretris was using that let the 'Nintendo game boy' decal show through was Krylon XXXXXXX?   what was it?  Metal Effects or something like that?  I remember he used the blue paint on the pic he uploaded wherever it was he showed it off...  just don't remember the paint.  it was nice though.

you want something that bonds to plastic, thats important.  and, prepping the surface, even with the bonding, is a good idea.  light sandpaper...  very ver fine guage.
