keizgon says:
Hello chiptune artists,

I'm looking for help with my upcoming indie game title, Quantum Dragon. It's an 8-bit (working on a 16-bit version as well) jRPG from the old classic days of NES console gaming. I am the sole artist and programmer for it. I even made a couple chiptunes (though not as good as I would like), but day by day, the workload becomes daunting with programming and drawing enough. Currently I don't have much to show as far as the game is, but I can tell you it's being designed in HTML5/JavaScript to push new web technologies and show you a preview from my website link above and a plethora of artwork already done.

What I'm looking for is maybe an audio artist partner for this project. So far I'm just looking into chiptune music, but it would be even better if I could find someone who also can replicate a higher quality 16-bit version of their music so I can easily make the game toggle between 8-bit/16-bit mode for graphics/sounds.

I been reluctant to request for help for this project, as it has been made by scratch from me through basically my soul (sometimes I think I'm crazy for doing 2 major jobs, programming and artwork). My intention was also to learn how to create music for it, but I don't think I will be able to complete this in a reasonable time frame if I keep sidetracking myself.

Compensation is a last resort since I'm completely indie (and broke), but I have no idea no price ranges for this type of work. It still would be helpful to know this type of information if any of you do know though.

My contact information if you decide that you could help:

keizgon [at] gmail [dot] com

*Found someone with interest!*
