I quite like it, it even has a USB host so you can connect it to external controllers right away (and that's how you attain a MIDI jack to it).
The DS-10 sounds like absolute shit, why would you even compare it? Also this is real time synthesis not failed sample based fake realtime like the DS-10. You can also load samples in it and whatnot. It's more like a portable Reason. And it may get hacked as fuck, after all, it's an x86 type CPU inside, probably running Linux.
