Which OS do you run? Have you tried running it as an administrator?

Perhaps a proper screenshot will help someone diagnose the problem.

I bought a brand new bleep bloop usb cart a few years ago from a reputable vendor (pre flashed with lsdj) and never tried to back it up until now...
unfortunately i'm having problems getting the cart to be recognized by software.

The cart is fully functional while using the gameboy with it, so the problems lies with either the software / drivers, or the cart's usb hardware is faulty. I'm pretty sure i installed the correct driver and everything, because when i plug in the cart to my computer, it makes the little noise which means it has been recognized, but when I use the software it gives me errors and doesn't recognize.

When i plug the cart in via usb, a green lights blinks twice and then theres a solid red light. Not sure if that means anything other than it being connected to pc.

tl;dr
i've tried 2 different softwares and have installed the necessary driver and it's still not being recognized by the software.

Software i've tried:
UCP
GBCFLSH

WTF am i doing wrong? I need to backup my lsdj .sav's!
