Hey guys

It's me, Brndn (I drew the ship).  I'm looking back through all this now, it's kinda strange.  The original poster "alex" contacted me through e-mail, which is how I found this.  I just wanted to let everyone know I exist (and I had to clarify that this is not from any NES game!)  I'm at work right now so I can't access the original file for complete proof but I don't know what reason anyone has to doubt me either, ha ha

Umm I guess if there are more questions I can answer, let me know?  Hope this solves some things.  I probably should at least upload the original PNG for posterity's sake.

Okay, that's all.  I'm glad you guys tracked me down, even if it seems a little creepy!  Ha ha!

It's so weird, though... I have a very dim memory of somebody posting that picture in the "cool art" section of another forum I used to frequent... it's very dim, though... that image just rings the "deja vu" bell in my head. hm.

was the image called 'the ship' when it was uploaded to 8bc? 

if someone remembers the old directory structure at 8bc, like...  8bc.org/images/theship.png, maybe the wayback machine would have it stored.

i bet its 8bc.org/images/username/filename though, or something, still no help...

no idea, search on google "the ship.png + 8bc + pixel art"
or something like that, i dont recognize the artist
