So, I wasn't aware this existed, or if it even parallels the lsdj live mode, but I started messing around with the "live mode" in nanoloop 1.6

i thought nanoloop was always in live mode

Well, using the song editor you can load groups of loops (lawl, groups of loops) when ever you want, as opposed to just hitting play. it works like loading loops from the bank/pattern menu.
