scored one in box today at a yardsale for 1$ seems pretty cool. can anyone tell me a little more about it?

1$ hey, I can tell ya you got conned.
I joke, Good find with original box too! I know a few people have been able to circuit bend them etc...
thought about doing that, but honestly its a great little tool. at a buck, its great bang for my buck
You´ll find info about that one here:
From the 20 minutes I've messed with it it seems really useful

Same story here. Too bad it is difficult to get one here.
I've got an SK-1 and SK-10 and I love them both. They're super easy and fun to circuit bend. Here's my bent SK1:

I've gotten perfect samples of slap bass and stuff before, it's super easy to get a great sound with the line in
They're great fun, even unbent. They've even been used by some "big name" people like Autechre.
They're awesome. I've actually been looking for one for a while to bend. Sell it to me?
i made this with mine

love the sk 1. sounds great through reverb and a vibrato pedal
That's a great track downstate!
As per the Casio, its a great machine (especially for a buck) what more do you need to know?
sampling an LSDJ patch into one of the SK's can breed some pretty interesting results. I like to think of it as its own effect.
