3:50 is the Noise Channel theme song. Written by virt for the show, as far as I know it hasn't been released outside of the show.

jmr is correct. The song at 3:50 is the theme song for the Noise Channel show. Jake 'virt' Kaufman wrote it specifically for the show and there are currently no plans to expand on or release the track. The other song is, as jmr correctly guessed, is Staring At My Spaceship by virt.
