Kitsch! I've ordered stuff in the past and it's taken less than a week to arrive, usually just over a week though. DJ Transformer has bad reviews, I think it's because he's a teacher or something so isn't able to go to the post office on weekdays. Ordered from Nonfinite once and it took ages to arrive so Kitsch is your best bet.

international shipping really doesn't cost that much, unless the buyer wants it expedited or something. standard rate is only $6.50 (currently)

it took my friend over a year to get his dmg from djtransformer
i also recommend kitsch. i'm not in the uk (canada), but the shipping is reasonable, and it's well worth it.
