Every time I start up my gameboy to play LSDJ and start to compose or play beats the system shuts off... How can I fix this problem?

First off, how charged are the batteries?
Second, check the battery contacts to see if maybe the batteries are shifting.
Third, if the batteries are fine, try re-flashing the LSDJ rom and see if that works.
