I think this is the best length, maybee longer ...
There's no limit.
Just if you want to do these short loops, please, duplicate it to 1 longer track
(you know, it's nonsense to open one short file in your player again and again ...)

I use: bleep, magical8bitplug, icecream, otherc64 vst ...
