I've been getting deeper and deeper into it. I've been making a lot as far as building samplers and sequencers and a lot of FM synthesis. I was just wondering if any of you guys were into Pure Data!
I know how to use it, but given the fact I have the attention span of a Zoo monkey, I haven't been able to create something more complex than a sample based drum-machine. Gimme a second to find the patch...
-Edit
Nevermind, I think I erased it or it got lost inside the mess my HDD is...

I use it occasionally, mainly for effects and experimentig with them. This is a good site for guitar effects tutorials : http://guitarextended.wordpress.com/cat pure-data/ .
I'm currently trying to finish a 32 step sequencer for Lpd 8 midi controller. It's actually really fun!
i used it a bit but the visual interface got pretty annoying so i switched to csound and i tend to write my own stuff in general-purpose languages too since chiptones are so simple/easy to make
puredata is pretty cool though and it's nice that it's free
