Hi Tinctu
didn't i give you a lot of ym files, at some point?, is there a special file you are looking for. when i can see if i have it.
or if you have it as a Sndh file, then you can convert it to a ym file.
I know.

I'm really not a fan of the ,YM format. The only reason to use it these days is theres a web browswer-enabled player for the format. Thats a pretty cool reason I must admit, but for all other uses I would say SNDH is the way to go.
gwEm how can I convert SNDH to YM? I have YM to SNDH tools. But is there way to SNDH to YM??? Some tools???

an SNDH to YM tool doesn't exist as far as I know. It would be perfectly possible to write one, but it would just work with basic tracks without modern special effects.
One way to do it is.
first install winston v5,
Make a virtual floppy disk containing sndplay (could not get it to run from hard drive)
begin exporting to ym file from (Winston)
Beging play from sndplay.
but I think it is only working on pure ym-music, no sample, no sid etc. (have not try it)
I have tried it, and it is a bit imprecise, even with plain music.
i have only try it one time, but for me it sound ok, i did not make a proper test.
but there is many factor that can make it imprecise WinSTon YM export routine, Sndh running under a emulator,
and also last the software you use. to play back the ym files under windows.
Btw. what software did you use to playback the ym-file with?.
