Check it: http://datathrash.bandcamp.com/album/le t-in-space
Love this album.
LOVE Sadnes...I used to listen to Smashing Pumpkins and play NES...kind of reminds me of that all rolled into one...
love you guys. gotta give props to heads like gwem, joey mariano, peter swimm, and bud melvin for bringing stringed instruments into chipmusic too in the early 00's. theres so many more, but those guys were really inspiring to me to see their progression.
i like that Sadnes dude. and j arthur keenes. and noisewaves. and boys club. some of these chip rock bands are horrible for my ears. like _____ ______ and _________ but thats probably cos im getting a wee bit old nowadays
Someone already mentioned Revengineers but I feel the need to mention them again due to their staggering awesomeness. And bc likes you! because his music is like being serenaded by robots.
Revengineers are super good. Kind of reminds me of solar powered sun destroyer with no lyrics and NES leads, I think part of what makes them great is even if you took out all the chiptune elements those are still super great songs. Seriously, the best $5 i spent on music in a while. So glad everyone has been sharing, I'm finding tons of stuff!

How could it be that noone mentioned Dubmood's recent material?
I don't want to be a dick here, but ANAMANAGUCHI is really the only successful band to get that combination right, its like linkin park vs. Limp Buicut .
revengineers, kanagawa, kplecraft (not "rock per-say but holy shit listen to it), anamanaguchi, the depreciation guild, peter swimm
