Is there a difference from US vs, european versions? NTSC vs. PAL or?

As far as I know portable devices don't have pal or NTSC smile

these adapters arent so great as far as image quality, but also do have both PAL & NTSC versions from what i remember... id recommend the gamecube & game boy player adapter instead unless you absolutely need the portability (though this also needs to use AC power at all times so its not really that much more portable)
