Kitsch-bent.com and nonelectronics.com are both great vendors. Do not use djtransformer. I repeat, DO NOT use transformer.
They aren't Europe though but I'd still recommend.

mmmm few vendors in europe eh, nonelectronics want 9 euros for only EMS card, i try kitsch seem much cheap with delivery, i remember 5 dollar.

I could have sworn that back in the day, before the USB carts were released, people could buy EMS carts straight from the Chinese supplier. Is that a valid memory? A quick google search did not yield any EMS suppliers so maybe I'm mistaking.

Just buy it from DJ transformer. I hear he's a reputable guy. 
The lsdj website links you straight to ems as a source. I'd imagine that you'd have to deal with a heavy language barrier.
What's the problem with kitsch? Order it today and you'll have it in less than a week

Kitsch and Nonefinite are both great but i would totally prefer nonfinite on this one, the cart comes loaded with a song that can come helpful on learning things, and it comes with STICKERS!

You can get tons of songs to use as examples and learning guides from lsdsng.com as well.
