FOR REAL RIGHT! I wish that there would be a more affordable way to get a powerpak... it hurts that i have to reprogram my hacked zelda cart over and over again...
What exactly do you run on your Zelda cart? On a game boy you can just use an mbc5 cart and run basically any rom, but nes is different right?

Nice, is that your site? It was a good read. But you still would have to find the appropriate donor cart, right? What information do we have about the Dev boards retro zone sells? Can those be configured with any mapper?

Yeah I think the problem is you still have to a donor mapper chip. Which at that point makes just using a donor cart a better idea all together. Unless I'm wrong...

on the pdf it says you can use a 74hc161 and i happened to find one here for $.70
