I'm actually pretty far into the project already.
Any thoughts?
Missing keys will be replaced with gray ones from a C64c.

what do the pots control?
and it seems cool, like all of your other projects
Pots for MSSIAH.
Yupyup.
I wanted to learn how to use MSSIAH, and sources say the four pots are for navigation: 1x 1y 2x 2y
Here's my alternate shell... Not sure if I like it or not.
The colors are WAY off in the picture. It's actually grape and neon green.

You should put the black keys to 2 3 | 5 6 7 | 9,0 and S D | F G H | L : and put all the others in gray...will be way more intuitive if you want to jam with synthcart or stuffs like that !!!
Actually that's a good idea. Now I'm wishing I hadn't traded my white keyboard!
I like that idea too.
Gonna take pictures of the checker board layout first
That looks pretty nice, made me think of
Are you planning on painting the white keys? I don't really see them fitting as well if they stay white/grey.
LOL! Nice.
Haven't seen Evangelion in a minute.
Anyway; No. I'm not planning on painting the keys. I think the brown and gray will be an excellent color combo for the period style paintwork I've given it.
As soon as I perfect my current method of lettering keys, I was thinking about styling a C64c like an old editing keyboard... just for shits and giggles.

That looks pretty cool, but I'm still sceptical as to whether it'll look good with the grape case.
I don't really like the grape case.
It was an experiment, and the results were... not really to my taste.
