i made some good internet friends from here and 8bc. some i speak to fairly frequently on facebook, soundcloud etc.
i haven't met any of them in person, but tbh im awkward as fuck in real life. i prefer to meet people from the sanctity of my keyboard so they don't realize im semi retarded socially..

meeting people in the real world has been a ton of fun and i've thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities i've been given to perform (except for the first five minutes after every set where i feel like i definitely bombed haha).
can't say i'm friends with anybody solely through cm.o, but fwiw this is the only forum i'm active on so maybe it's had more of an impact than i thought
