on the ios side there are none that are free. sunvox would be the only "true" tracker (a lot of daw and sequencer styled apps though) but will cost 5 bucks the last time i checked.

hmm i don't know of any free ones either. pixitracker is basically a simplified sunvox and only cost $1.99 on itunes
