I've got some old rails somewhere, I'm just not exactly sure what they are. They're in a bass though. What're you wanting to put them in?
If The Dark Knight had a guitar, it'd be that one. That's rad. Personally, I'd roll with like Seymour Duncan Hot Rails, which sadly, I do not have

Yeah, I don't really want to shell out the money, I figured I support a fellow chiptuner. Although, I may have to. After all, I am in the process of refinishing it by painting it fluorescent green.
Yeah, I just finished installing new pickups in my guitar about a week ago, it really is worth the money, I feel. And I'd love to see it when you're finished painting it if you wouldn't mind posting a pic somewhere on the site?
Oh I will! (I also Painted a gameboy to match it). It is my travel guitar now, and a test to see if I could refinish a guitar before I refinish my baby. My Ibanez Gio Gax70. Its weird, both of these guitars are cheap as heck, but they are solid, and sound amazing. The ltd is definitely geared towards metal. But the Ibanez gets around every sound possible. I've puller off rock, jazz, metal, punk...the list goes on and on.
I definitely understand. I'm using my Ibanez Artcore for a psychedelic/shoegaze/punk kinda sound, but when it's unplugged it's perfect for folk, ahaha.
What new pickups did you put in the art core ?
Gibson P-94s. They're basically soap bars disguised as humbuckers. I'm also using flat wound strings, which make them a little more ridiculous, ahaha
