01. On the page of the video you'd like to share, , copy the string of characters following http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= in the address bar.
EXAMPLE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2BR0pHmizw
02. Type
[youtube][/youtube]in the text entry box here.
03. Paste the string of characters that you copied at YouTube in the center of that tag.
EXAMPLE
[youtube]f2BR0pHmizw[/youtube]04.

01. On the page of the video you'd like to share, copy the number following http://vimeo.com/ in the address bar.
EXAMPLE

02. Type
[vimeo][/vimeo]in the text entry box here.
03. Paste the number that you copied at Vimeo in the center of that tag.
EXAMPLE
