Not sure if there ever was a list. I'd be interested too if anyone has the info for it.
I sure wish the samples were louder though. I can't find any very useable sound in that whole library. Triangle is just too loud compared to 'em all.

I actually suspect a specific ebayer (sykdeity) for being wayfar in disguise. Looking at his feedback responses, there are 28 sold midines 1.1.1 listings.

Since this is the first result on google for "midines sample list", I'll post another wayback machine link that nullsleep just dug up for the samples on 1.1.1. It's not a full list, but 1.1.1 has 256 samples instead of the 16 on 1.0.
