Are there any schemes with CAD for PCBs for DIY effects like reverb, echo etc etc etc...
check out diystompboxes.com
plenty strip and perfboard layouts + templates for self-etching. GET REAL DUDE, WHO NEEDS CAD?!
you can check madbean pedals also. they're primarily for guitar effects, but they have some really awesome (premade) PCBs with well put-together tutorials.

Couldn't you just take a mono one and build it twice and use a stereo jack? I may be incredibly stupid so don't trust anything i say.

This.
about 2 seperate monos... it will sound really neat. use slightly different components on each.
http://buildyourownclone.com/ has some good kits from what I've seen. lots of fuzz clones, but the analog delay kit looks really neat.
THNX for cool links! When you will finds something else. Put it here please!!!

This crossed my mind, but does kinda seem like a hassle. You'd have to source dual pots too I guess.
they have a solid selection of components (including dual-gang pots) at http://mammothelectronics.com
they pay their workers shit and shipping is 2 weeks but the prices...
