Does anyone know if it works with the SID2SID conversion used for MSSIAH?
I have been waiting for this to support stereo SID and now also with MIDI, I believe there may be no need to use MSSIAH anymore.

Too bad Hermidi goes into the serial port, doesn't it? That one's already occupied by my Infinity SD2IEC interface.

Does your device has a daisy chain? Maybe you can get a third party one

I was thinking about making a small PCB for this, one that uses standard components, not SMD, and casing it into an external box. The really small adapter is cool, but in the end it's not really necessary.

can't wait to try this! Does SFX mean samples to? cuz that would be amazing to include. I know some trackers have managed a 4th channel of samples with the 8580 SIDs, and that'd make this the end all be all for SID trackers for me to learn. Too bad I can't stick this on my MSSIAH cart and just use that midi port.
