Elaborate answer: you can build a semi video out from a super gameboy and a snes, take the components you need, put it in a box, and make a video box that works on the gameboy.
But you might as wel just use a super gameboy and a snes without breaking it anyway.

Composite would be so much harder though. So yeah, it really would be easier and probably cheaper to just use a super game boy.
